Note: Our Recommended ferry crossing is Uig to Lochmaddy. 

By Plane - The airport on the island of Benbecula is approximately a 30 minute drive from our house on North Uist. Flight information is available on line at www.flybe.com

By Ferry from Uig (Isle of Skye) - Information on the Uig – Lochmaddy crossing can be found on line at www.calmac.co.uk

The crossing takes about 1 hour 45 mins and the cottage is a 5 minute drive from the ferry terminal at Lochmaddy on North Uist.
